Schedule Update for Monday, 7/20: Class 3432 HA Western Pl AAOTR 19 - 49 has been moved to the afternoon session after the Driving class.

 

  • No Scooters or Bikes in Barns or Buildings
  • Only licensed drivers are to drive Golf Carts. Children are not allowed to drive Golf Carts
  • Dogs must be on leashes anywhere on the grounds

Air Conditioners

Personal air conditioners WILL NOT be allowed. Air conditioners create heat due to their exhaust system, which adversely affects other exhibitors.

 

Catering

State Fair Park’s onsite Food & Beverage department has exclusive rights for all catering. Contact Sarah Whyman 405-948-6792 swhyman@okstatefair.com . https://okcfairgrounds.com/event-services/catering Please note any third party catering or food and beverages will be subject to a 20% fee of the gross caterer’s fee.

 

Stabling

There is no early stabling. Horses will not be allowed on grounds before 6AM Saturday July Stalls must be vacated prior to midnight, Sunday July 26 NO EXCPETIONS

Exhibitors are NOT permitted to bring in bedding for personal use.  Third party deliveries or sales are strictly prohibited.

Special Events Fire & Life Safety

  1. No plastic or vinyl material in the buildings, coverings, for
  2. Only stalls for tack storage, entertainment, or sleeping can be covered on the top, and will require a smoke detector and fire extinguisher
  3. Stalls can only be covered in a red rosin construction grade paper or (butcher block paper) cheesecloth, either regular or restaurant type Wood strapping – 3’ max. On center to attach paper is allowed
  4. Any aisle space between stalls can be covered only if equal open space to material not to exceed 4 (foot) ie. If your material is max. 4 (foot) then the space between material shall be min. 4 (foot).
  5. No two (2) continuous stalls shall be covered at any
  6. Combustible storefront elevations shall be treated in ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 701 to make them flame retardant and a certificate or similar proof is supplied to the Oklahoma City Fire Marshals Office prior to its placing. Material that is being treated by user must be done in the presence of an Inspector from the City of Oklahoma City Fire Marshals Office.
  7. Awnings shall not exceed out from stalls any further than 4 (foot).
  8. No portable heaters of any type are allowed in the Oklahoma City Fairground livestock
  9. NO tents or canopies are allowed inside the barns, arena, or livestock This is to include but not limited to EZ-UP pop up tents.
  10. NO SMOKING will be permitted in Arena or Livestock area (BARNS).
  11. NO hay, straw, shavings, or similar combustible materials used for decorations are permitted within any facility unless they have been treated in ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 701 to make them flame retardant and a certificate or similar proof is supplied to the Oklahoma City Fire Marshals Office prior to its placing. (Hay or straw for animals is permissible and can be kept in stall areas for feeding and or bedding)
  12. Combustible trash shall be removed at least once a day during the period the arena/exhibit is
  13. Stalls can be built out 4 feet with awnings/floor
  14. Movable objects such as chairs can be out another 2 feet
