BARN OFFICE HOURS
Wednesday thru Friday, October 14 to 16 ~ 8 AM - 5 PM
Saturday thru Thrusday, October 23 to 29 ~ 24 hours
Friday & Saturday, Oct 30 & 31 ~ Midnight to 6 PM
Group Stall Request forms are due in-house/electronically by Thursday, August 27, Midnight MT.
Requests received after this date may not be considered.
ONE form per group and MUST list all owners and horses to be stabled together.
After September 1, stalls are subject to availability, and you must contact the barn manager at cynot1465@shaw.ca for additional stalls.
ANY STALLS listed on the stall request form that are NOT PAID FOR with a horse entry will be invoiced regardless of use, and payment is due at the show.
NO ARRIVAL for any purpose is permitted prior to 8 AM on Saturday, October 17
- Stalls must be vacated BY Monday, November 2 by 8 AM

Please Note that the Maintenance Building is Not Open on Saturday or Sunday for Delivery or Pick Up Entry

All packages must be picked up at the Freight Office (maintenance building on the north side of the facility) and no packages will be delivered to the show office.
Neither AHA nor Expo Square is responsible for lost or stolen packages.
