           Hunter Pleasure
           Western Pleasure  
Riders must ride at their level and cannot level up.

A/HA/AA VRH Limited Racnh Cow Work Open is now a Championship class 

A/HA/AA Showmanship and Horsemanship has been changed from age breaks to :

A/HA/AA Showmanship Select AATH
          (Select handler may not cross-enter into Showmanship AATH)

A/HA/AA Western Horsemanship Select AATR
          (Select riders may not cross-enter into Western Horsemanship AATR)

Arabian and HA/AA Reined Cow for Open and AATR have been combined into A/HA/AA

Show Office Hours

Monday - October 19 - Noon - 5 PM
Tuesday - Thursday - October  - 20 -  22  8:30 AM - 5 PM
Friday - Saturday - October 23 - 31 - 7 AM - 1/2 hour after last class

If a person or horse enters a class(es) for which they are not qualified, no post-entry fee will be charged. This exemption does not apply to classes that do not require qualification, including program classes such as Maturities, Futurities, or classes restricted to Sweepstakes horses.

Entries not received by the closing dates may not be listed in the program. Every effort will be made to stall post entries with horses from the same barn.

Stall Request forms are due in-house/electronically by Thursday August 27, Midnight MT.
Requests received after this date may not be considered.

Entry Deadlines

NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER Monday, October 19 @ 5 pm Local time for any reason.

EMAILED ENTRIES WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

EXCEPTION: Email entries will be accepted ONLY on the FIRST DAY the show office opens in order to meet the final deadline for entering any horse or class. The email must be set to NationalEvents@Arabianhorses.org and electronically dated before the published deadline.

Mailed Entries

Adding Classes for Horses Already Entered

Must be submitted on an Additional Class entry form, and must be signed.

  • Regular class fee plus $125 late class fee

• From September 2 to October 19 @5 PM Local Time
  
  • Regular class fee plus $500 late class

All refunds are done after the show unless otherwise requested

Entries paid with a Credit card will be refunded to the Credit Card used for that entry. Entries paid by check will be refunded by check to the person who cut the check.

Cancellations are made upon receipt of a dated suitable Veterinarian/Doctor’s certificate on their official letterhead attesting to the illness or injury date, along with a letter from the exhibitor explaining the circumstances.

The fees refunded are as follows:

Received/Electronically Dated to the AHA office by:

1. If an entry is canceled before the initial close, all but the office fee will be refunded, regardless of the reason.
2. 30 days prior to first day of show, all but the office fee
3. 29-10 days, only class & class related fees (see exceptions below), 9-90 & USEF fees.
4. After 10 days before the start of the show, no fees returned. You may request the Commission to review in writing and returned to the show office or emailed to nationalevents@arabianhorses.org by the end of the show.

Exceptions – Halter Futurity (please refer to FUT 102), Performance Futurity/Maturity/Derby fees (please refer to PERF 107.9 and PERF 107.12), and ABS AAOTR Jackpot Fee (please refer to SWP 116.9 and SWP 116.10

If an injured horse is enrolled into the Performance Futurity/Maturity/Derby Program, submit the vet statement to info.comp@arabianhorses.org as well as nationalevents@arabianhorses.org.

U.S.Nationals Refund Dates

BARN OFFICE HOURS

Wednesday thru Friday, October 14 to 16  ~  8 AM - 5 PM
Saturday thru Thrusday,  October 23 to 29  ~  24 hours
Friday & Saturday, Oct 30 & 31  ~  Midnight to 6 PM

Group Stall Request forms are due in-house/electronically by Thursday, August 27,  Midnight MT.
Requests received after this date may not be considered.

ONE form per group and MUST list all owners and horses to be stabled together.

 
After September 1, stalls are subject to availability, and you must contact the barn manager at cynot1465@shaw.ca for additional stalls.

ANY STALLS listed on the stall request form that are NOT PAID FOR with a horse entry will be invoiced regardless of use, and payment is due at the show. 

NO ARRIVAL for any purpose is permitted prior to 8 AM on Saturday, October 17 

• Stalls must be vacated BY Monday, November 2 by 8 AM

Facility Shipping Information

Packages sent to the horse show will only be accepted from Oct. 19 - 31 

Please Note that the Maintenance Building is Not Open on Saturday or Sunday for Delivery or Pick Up Entry 

Maintenance Hours:

All packages must be picked up at the Freight Office (maintenance building on the north side of the facility) and no packages will be delivered to the show office.

Neither AHA nor Expo Square is responsible for lost or stolen packages.
