Entries accepted as follows:

Entries Post Marked/ Electronically Dated on or prior to Tuesday, July 16 Midnight (MT)........No penalty 

 

Post entries accepted as follows;

  From July 17 To August 30 by 5 PM

If horse or rider is NOT qualified for any class by July 16.........................................No penalty

          If qualified prior to July 16 (for any class including classes that do not require qualifications)

     New horse ........................................................................................$500 Post fee per horse

     Added class for horse already entered..........................................$100 Late class fee per horse

         The late class fee of $100.00 is due ONLY if the added class was qualified for prior to July 16

 

  After Saturday August 31, 5 pm  .................................................NO additional entries will be accepted.
                    (exception, horses used for equitation changes will be accepted)

 

Last day to enter or add any Dressage or Sport Horse In-Hand classes = August 8 Midnight (MT) In-House/Electronically Dated

 

 

Tuesday, August 6 In-House / Electronically Dated...................................Group Stabling Requests Due

After Wednesday August 28, noon (MT).....................Email or Hand carry entries to the show office

Friday, August 30........................................................................................NO Arrivals before 8am

Sunday Sept 8, by Midnight.................................................Stalls must be vacated  *NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exhibitors are advised to use a form of expedited, traceable mail service when sending entries in order to ensure that their entries are received.

If you email your entries, please contact AHA if you do NOT get a return email acknowledging the receipt of your entry on the same or next business day.

Any class can be entered by the closing date (qualified or not). Qualifications can be earned up to the start of the show with the excpetion of the UPHA Equaitaion classes (see UPHA USEF rules). You are qualified from the earliest date you earn the points required.There is no such thing as re-qualifying. Classes you do not have enough points to qualify for by the show will be refunded after the show.
