How Do I... Register My Embryo/Oocyte transfer foals?
If a foal results from Embryo/Oocyte Transfer, an Embryo/Oocyte Transfer Registration Application must be
submitted. Also, the donor mare must have an Embryo/Oocyte Transfer Permit in order for this
procedure to be used. If a permit is not obtained before using Embryo/Oocyte Transfer, a late permit fee of $250.00 will be incurred, in addition to the regular permit fee.
