There are many ways to get to and from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. AHA will not be providing member transportation services. Other options are listed below.

RENTAL CARS

Reno-Tahoe International Airport hosts a large, on-site rental car location. Eight major rental car companies can be found in the Baggage Claim area. Please contact rental car companies directly, in advance of arrival, to book a rental car. Click here for a list of rental companies.

The Silver Legacy also provides an on-site Hertz rental car desk in the hotel lobby. For pricing information or to make a rental reservation, please contact the Hertz desk at 775-325-7593 or visit Hertz online at hertz.com and choose the Silver Legacy location to search availability.

COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary hotel shuttles to the Silver Legacy stop along the curb, outside the 'D' doors located north of Baggage Claim and depart from the airport on the bottom of the hour from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. For airport return, the shuttle departs from the hotel at the top of the hour from 5 am to 11 pm. These services are not private to AHA, therefore you will be sharing with other travelers heading to and from the hotel.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport also provides PAID Round-trip shuttle transfers on non-private shuttles are another affordable alternative. For additional shuttle service information, click here.

TAXIS AND PRIVATE CAR TRANSFERS

Taxis are readily available at the pick up area at Reno-Tahoe International. Advanced reservations can be made but are not necessary. Round-trip limousine or sedan transfers are also available.
