AHA Annual Convention

There are many ways to get to and from the Denver International Airport. AHA is providing round-trip transfers at a discounted rate for all attendees. However, should you not be traveling on the days it is offered or you would prefer a different form of transportation, many options are included below.

AHA SHUTTLE
All attendees are encouraged to book round-trip airport transportation from Denver International Airport on the AHA private shuttles. Please review the following information in order to participate.

Cost:	$25.00 Early Bird / $30 regular price (all prices based on round-trip transfer)
Availability:	AHA shuttles will run ONLY on Tuesday, November 18th and Wednesday, November 19th for ARRIVALS. Shuttles will run ONLY on Sunday, November 23rd for DEPARTURES.

Travel Itinerary: All travel itineraries must be received by October 31, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not submit your itinerary by this time, you will not be picked up at the airport. If you are registering online, or have registered online already, you may re-visit your Registration Form via your Member Home Page and submit your travel itinerary. If you faxed in a Registration Form, your travel itinerary must be submitted via fax at 303.696.4599, or via email to ConventionCoordinator@ArabianHorses.org.

How to Pay: Pay via credit card when submitting your online Registration Form, or your faxed Registration Form. Payment must be received by October 31, 2008 along with your itinerary.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email just prior to Convention with instructions on when and how to pick up the shuttle from the airport.

If you are traveling on dates other than those outlined for the AHA shuttle, or you would prefer to rent a car or travel via other means, review the below options.

RENTAL CAR
Denver International Airport hosts a large rental car location. All major rental car companies can be found. Please contact rental car companies directly in advance of arrival to book a rental car.

PRIVATE CAR TRANSFER
Round-trip limousine or sedan transfers are available. If you are traveling in small groups, this could be an option for a shared ride.

Availability:	Book in advance. Generally available 24 hours a day.
Travel Itinerary:	You will provide directly to the car company.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
Round-trip shuttle transfers on non-private shuttles are the most affordable alternative. These services are not private to AHA, therefore you will be sharing with other travelers coming and going from the Denver area.

Taxis are readily available at the pick up area at Denver International. Advanced reservations can be made but are not necessary.
