This year's convention is expected to be our biggest as we kick off the celebration for AHA's 100 years of service to the Arabian horse breed.
All meetings will be held at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel and Convention Center.

RENAISSANCE TULSA
The Renaissance Tulsa is a beautiful 4-star luxury property that offers a selection of suites, club rooms, and deluxe standard rooms. All room rates are $129.00 plus applicable taxes, and rooms will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Room rates are guaranteed until October 13th, however, should our block of rooms fill prior to that date you will need to make reservations at the Tulsa South Homewood Suites.

To make a reservation click on the following links to reserve your preferred room. Enter your dates of stay on the reservation page. At the next screen select 'reserve a room'. You will then be able to make your bed selection and other preferences. Continue to payment screen. If you receive a message that the rate of $129 is not available, that indicates the room level you prefer is sold out. Click on one of the other links below to book a different level of room. If all three selections are sold out please make reservations at the Tulsa South Homewood Suites. (see below).
TULSA SOUTH HOMEWOOD SUITES by HILTON
The Homewood Suites is a brand new, all suite property, just a quarter of a mile away from the Renaissance. It will not open until April of 2007, and AHA will be one of the first groups to occupy the hotel. The hotel offers a full, hot breakfast daily and AHA will provide transportation to and from the Renaissance. Suites are appointed with a full kitchen and living area.
The following room levels and rates are available, and rooms will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
- Studio Suite $99.00 plus applicable taxes
- One Bedroom Suite $119.00 plus applicable taxes
- Two Bedroom Suite $119.00 plus applicable taxes (very limited number)
