• All reservations must be handled through the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (T.C.H.B.) by email, fax, mail or online (use code 2223). (No Phone reservations will be accepted)
• All reservations, changes and cancellations before September 2, 2009, must be made through the TCHB; after this date please contact the hotel directly.
• Reservations will be made on a first come / first served basis. Please submit only one form per room reservation. (Those sharing a room should not send duplicate copies.) Reservations must be made by the cut-off date to guarantee the special AHA rate
• After receiving your acknowledgment from TCHB, you should receive a confirmation from your assigned hotel within two weeks. If you do not receive the confirmation please contact the hotel directly.
• To make reservations "directly" for the Doubletree Warren Place, please call 1-800-801-1317. Please ask for the Arabian Horse Association room block
