Biography
Her unprecedented feat is nearly overshadowed by how lovely she did it. Called by many as one of the "most beautiful Arabians of all time," Ericca quietly declared her splendor in Freedom Hall in 1994 unanimously winning the English Pleasure Jr. Horse title. It was followed one year later with a second smashing unanimous judging decision: Arabian Mare Halter. Her dynamic combination of correctness and exquisite type are still regarded as standard for every breeder's ultimate goal: U.S. National Champion in Arabian Mare Halter and an open-division performance class. A total of ten U.S. National judges found this to be unanimously true. The youngest Past Champion at 16 years old, Ericca now lives out her day as a broodmare in Strawberry Banks Farm's green pastures.
