Sport Horse Nationals

Around The Grounds

September 26, 2009

Arabian horse enthusiasts gathered eagerly on Saturday afternoon to learn more about the Arabian Horse Galleries, set to open in the Spring of 2010. Following a presentation highlighting the plans, several groups were given tours of the building's progress. Guides helped paint a picture of what would be built in the Galleries.

Demonstrations of the various horse breeds are held throughout the week. The exhibition demonstrates what each breed is and discusses the traits it excels at. Following the sessions, visitors can see and pet the horses as well as ask questions.
