Jumping classes kicked off on Thursday morning. Pictured here are shots from the Hunt Seat Equitation Over Fences ATR. Michael Desiderio won the class riding TL Foolin Around+//. This was the fourth year in a row for TL Foolin Around to carry a rider to a national championship in the class. Anthony Desiderio was reserve on M H Absolut+/.
Several In-Hand classes, plus Sport Horse Under Saddle and Show Hack classes filled the day in the Sport Horse Ring.
Around the grounds riders get ready for classes or relax on their way back from the ring.
On Thursday night, Sport Horse Nationals' attendees enjoyed great music, food, drinks and company during the Progressive Barn Party. They even stood a little rain. The Free Bridge Jazz Quintet provided outstanding musical entertainment.
