NATIONAL PERFORMANCE FUTURITY/MATURITY PROGRAM

Enrollment Form
A nomination fee of $1,000 per class may be paid in full, postmarked to AHA prior to June 1, or the Nomination fee for the Reining Performance Futurity Class may be paid as follows:
  • First payment due June 1/horse:
    After June 1, add late fee
  • Second payment due July 1/horse:
    After July 1, add late fee
  • Third payment due August 1/horse:
    After August 1, add late fee
  • Nomination fee after August 1 and on or before close of entries/horse:

REINING PERFORMANCE FUTURITY

A $30 one-time processing fee per class must be included with the first payment.

All Performance Futurity/Maturity horses must be enrolled and total fees paid no later than the close of entries of the U.S. National Championship Horse Show.

Nominations submitted after the close of entries for US Nationals will be assessed an additional $750 late fee.

Nomination fee does not include show entry fees, post entry fees, drug fees, stall fees, etc.
